ESTRO 840 extruder
Main features
The ESTRO 840 portable granule extruder is designed and manufactured for welding plastic materials such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and PVDF.
It features a na better heat dissipation for burn prevention, a new 360° rotatable welding shoe holder with the integrated hot air nozzle for the material pre-heating.
Furthermore, the handle can also be rotated for a better position during welding operations.
the drill motor activates the feeding of the pellet which occurs automatically and allows the melting of the same into the extrusion chamber. The extruded material will be shaped by the PTFE welding show accordingly to your needs.
The extruder is equipped with a light which, in poor visibility conditions, allows the welding area to be illuminated.
The temperature is set by an electronic thermostat and can be also verified by means of a practical analogue thermometer.
In order to operate the extruder, in addition to the connection to the power supply a connection to a compressed air line or alternatively the use of the UJ 75 model blower is required.
It is supplied with a shoe for welding plates at 90° and a straight shoe that can be shaped according to needs.
