New CNC-controlled hydraulically operated welding machine suitable for butt welding of plastic sheets and also suitable for welding alveolar panels (Paneltim®, Simona® , etc). Unlike compressed air controlled equipment this hydraulic unit allows for a more progressive welding pressure curve as well as the fine tuning. Therefore, the welding values specified by “DVS” and other international standards can be achieved and maintained in a smooth , precise way. Welding cycle automatically controlled by setting up few parameters. Machine prints and records all the welding parameters. Weld database can be stored to USB flash memory for further analysis with our freely available software Memoplan. Pressing bars composed by multiple segments, operated by hydraulic cylinders, for a better clamping of small sheets too. Welding area illuminated by led strip lights for a precise sheet positioning. Available as an accessory a new sheet rolling device: operated by three motors with independent controls, sliders and adjustable lifting arms, let an accurate step by step control of the rolling phase. In case of 90° welding the machine can be equipped with with a special tool for welding sheet up to 30mm wall thickness.
