New generation rolling device for our SLG machines. Each rolling device is composed by three independently controlled motors, two adjustable lifting arms operated by an hydraulic cylinder and adjustable sliders to easily clamp the remaining part of the sheet. This equipment allows, after clamping the first end, to bend the sheet on itself and clamp the second end smoothly with the help of lifting arms operated by an hydraulic cylinder, a system of 3 belts operated by independent motors and adjustable sliders. The problems, related to bending and clamping a sheet in view to obtain a pipe, will be overcome and all the adjustment and independent controls of our new rolling device will let an accurate step by step control of the rolling phase. The unit is easily assembled and removed on the machine and it can be supplied together or after the purchase of the sheet welding machine. The rolling device is available for the following models:
